Living Our Values: A Faith-Based Certification Series for Church Staff

Target Audience: All OCBF staff members—new hires, current team members, and those serving in any area of ministry or operations.
Series Purpose:
This series equips OCBF staff with the biblical insight and practical tools to live out the Spirit of the Ministry in their everyday roles. Rooted in scripture and tailored for a Kingdom-focused workplace, each mini-course explores one of OCBF’s foundational values and helps staff apply it with excellence and intentionality.
Mini-Course 1: 

Living with the Spirit of Accountability

Key Outcomes:
  • Understand accountability as a form of mutual care and spiritual maturity (Romans 12:5)
  • Take ownership of responsibilities, actions, and outcomes
  • Support a culture of excellence by holding yourself and others to shared standards
